Privately Owned. Locally Rooted. Women Led.
At Main Street Dental Studio, we believe great dentistry begins with genuine connection. As a privately and locally owned, women-led dental practice in Broomfield, we’re proud to provide our community with care that’s as personal as it is professional.
Our practice is led by Dr. Leanne Nichols, and was previously owned by Dr. Cynthia Sheeks; two dedicated dentists who share a passion for delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care. Together with our close-knit team—many of whom have worked side by side for decades—we’ve created a warm, familiar environment where every patient feels genuinely cared for and respected.

Shannon Wilson, RDH
Registered Dental Hygienist
Shannon has been working in dentistry since 2002, when she began part-time dental assisting while attending college. She loves combining her “science nerd” side with a gentle, compassionate approach to help patients feel comfortable, cared for, and confident in their smiles.
Shannon graduated summa cum laude from Colorado State University with double majors in Biochemistry and Zoology, bringing a strong scientific background and lifelong love of learning into patient care. She went on to graduate at the top of her class from the prestigious Dental Hygiene Program at the Community College of Denver and is proud to support the Colorado Dental Hygienists’ Association. She is committed to staying current on the latest research, techniques, and recommendations so she can provide individualized care and help each patient meet their oral health goals.
Outside of the office, she loves spending time with her active 8-year-old son, exploring the outdoors, and playing with her two Maine Coon cats, who act a lot like dogs—they love water and even play fetch!
Carrie
Dental Assistant
Carrie was born and raised in Louisville, Colorado. She obtained her certification in dental assisting from Front Range Community College in 1997. After working for a few years at a pediatric dental office in Westminster, she went to see her friendly dental hygienist, Beth Olson, for her routine dental cleaning. While there, Beth proceeded to “hire her” to assist for the new associate dentist that was coming to work there. She has been working with Beth and Dr Sheeks ever since. She is excited for the opportunity to now assist for Dr. Nichols! In her free time she likes to garden, camp, read and watch scary movies.
Emily
Front Office
Emily was born and raised in Minnesota and moved to Colorado in 1994. Emily has been in the dental field for 25 years, she started out getting a dental assisting certificate from PIMA medical Institute and eventually moved to the front desk position. When Emily is not at work, she loves spending time with her family.
